Not open during displayed hours
Says they open at 10 am and close at 4:00pm on saturdays. Showed up at 3:25pm and nobody's here. This is the second time this has happened.

From purchase to repair. Staff did a great job talking about treadmills they carry at the time I was ready to purchase (5 years ago).
Further excellent customer service came when I recently called to troubleshoot an error message on my treadmill. Heather took the call and ran with it; contacting company, ordering parts, and keeping me updated. Primary replacement part was on backorder. It arrived several weeks early. Heather called to get the repair taken care of ASAP. Dave (great service and very personable), just left. I could not ask for better service, especially with Covid issues and the

I asked about having my treadmill fixed, and wanted to bring it in to have it looked at. I was told not to worry about it, that they would come to my house to get what they need. A couple of guys came for about ten minutes and left. Then, they called to let me know that they had gotten the wrong information and asked me to get them the serial number off of the treadmill. I gave it to them over the phone, and they eventually let me know that they didnt have the parts to fix it. Afterwards, I got a $95 bill in the mail... I called to ask what the charge was for, since I never had anything fixed

TRASH! I bought a TRX XD claymore landmine for barbells, and it was BEAT UP! There's even huge scratches and a big dent in it! I freakn paid $60 bucks, which was supposed to be NEW, but I got a USED PRODUCT instead. Where on they're website it didn't give any details saying it was USED!

I bought a Trac light commercial recumbent bike from Columbia Fitness for my home and I love it. Dennis gave me a fantastic deal and his team delivered and installed it quickly and professionally, and instructed me on how to use it the first time. Great experience, quality product and service.
