Founded in 2017 by Black Belt Thiago Rodrigues, Torse House is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gym that offers instruction to students of all skill levels and ages, including kids. Torse, referring to the rotational force the body is able to create, is a key element of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) that every student learns to unleash through training.
BJJ is a martial art that teaches practitioners to defend themselves against their opponents of any size using a combination of technique, leverage, and fitness. Professor Thiago's goal is to teach BJJ in a challenging, fun, and safe environment where students can share in his passion for the sport.
