I had an opportunity work with an awesome broker, Tamica Green in purchasing my new home. It was definitely a trying 45 days with many ups and down dealing with the underwriters and loan executives but she pull through. she never gave up and she tried her best to make sure I was in the loop of what was going on. This was the worst mortgage company ever ! Do not except contract if the buyer has a pre - Approval from this company . I thought this type of Mortgage company was gone for good
