We are a family-owned restaurant specializing in pizzas and Italian-American cuisine. In 1979, the Evenson family purchased an old truck garage in Dresser, WI. After steam cleaning to remove layers of diesel oil and grease from the building, we converted the facility into our first restaurant. In 1996, we expanded again, this time opening a second restaurant in Amery, WI, which had been a longtime grocery store.
Johannes VanderBent, who started out as a dishwasher in 1986, bought the Dresser restaurant along with his wife Sara in 2006, and they continue as the current owners. In 2012, we expanded once again and purchased the original Hudson, WI post office and renovated it into our newest venture, "The Postmark Grille."

You can select from a variety of hamburgers that range from classic to California burgers with lettuce, tomato, Mayo, American Cheese, and green olives. All of our Burgers are 6 ounces of certified Hereford Beef, ground fresh daily.
