PC Print Center (or Purple Cow Print Center) was established in 2004 with the first location in Ankeny, Iowa. Our Owners, Grant Maupin and Bill Lankford, were both from Kinko's and worked under Paul Orfala, (founder and CEO) for a combined 35 years plus. PC Print Center was a locally owned option for the same kinds of digital print services they both knew so well.

Sometimes you just need your job done now. In our print shop you'll never have to wait for offset plates, set up charges or drying time. All of our black and white copies and color copies are printed digitally. Digital printing is a much faster process because the inks are a dry powder when applied to the paper.

Do you need your project completed quickly? All of our copies are printed digitally using toner-based laser printers. The ink is affixed to the paper using heat, which allows for a much higher output speed vs. a traditional inkjet printer that you may have at home.
