I've been seeing Layne at Onyx on a regular cadence since late 2020. I came to Layne to address anxiety & depression, and the impact stress had on my menstrual cycle. Layne has been educational and informative along the way. She's been a champion of my holistic health and well-being. I've noticed dramatic improvements in my mental health and I attribute a ton of that progress to my treatments and advice from Layne. Never done acupuncture before and I absolutely loved it! Katie did an amazing job helping with my sciatic issues! Very informative on what the expectations are, knowledgeable on nerves, tissue and what to do next. Already feeling much better and would highly recommend this to everyone! The space was clean, quiet and very comfortable.

I have been seeing Layne for about a month and have had amazing results from my weekly acupuncture session. My body responded immediately from the first session I did with her and has only improved with every subsequent visit. She truly listens to all my health concerns and tailors her plan/care accordingly - I feel like she's both my therapist and health practitioner which is more than I could even ask for!
