Services
Pelvic Floor Therapy
Our specialized pelvic floor therapy addresses urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and chronic pelvic pain through manual therapy and targeted exercises. Certified therapists evaluate both physical and hormonal factors contributing to dysfunction. Treatment combines internal and external muscle retraining with lifestyle modifications for conditions like painful intercourse and post-childbirth complications.
Prenatal Care
Comprehensive prenatal services prepare women for labor through pelvic floor muscle training and birth mechanics education. We address pregnancy-related issues like diastasis recti, round ligament pain, and urinary incontinence. Treatment includes evidence-based techniques to reduce tearing risk and improve delivery outcomes, supported by research conducted with UW-Milwaukee.
Postpartum Recovery
Specialized postpartum rehabilitation focuses on core restoration, pelvic floor reintegration, and diastasis recti correction following childbirth. Our program addresses common concerns like pelvic pressure and urinary leakage while incorporating movement re-education to restore pre-pregnancy functionality and athletic performance.
Menopause Support
We address perimenopausal changes through pelvic floor retraining and hormone balancing programs. Treatment combines physical therapy with nutritional counseling to resolve symptoms like vaginal atrophy and stress incontinence. Our approach maintains pelvic organ support while addressing bone density loss and connective tissue changes associated with menopause.
Pilates Reformer Classes
Small-group Pilates reformer classes focus on core stability and postural alignment for women with pelvic floor concerns. Certified instructors modify exercises for various conditions including low back pain and pelvic organ prolapse. Sessions emphasize eccentric muscle strengthening and controlled movements to improve joint stability while accommodating individual physical limitations.

Following an unplanned C section I experienced a variety of issues and discomforts along with diastasis recti. I also had concerns for regaining strength to resume running. Jenni listened attentively to all my questions and concerns. She provided treatments and exercises and after my 3rd visit I am already feeling so much better! I now feel confident I will be able to resume running in the coming months. Thank you!
