It is locally owned and operated by Bob Turicik. Bob maintains his Wisconsin License continuing education requirements by attending Wisconsin Association of Home Inspectors monthly meetings, Spring and Fall seminars. He is involved with the WAHI Education House and also the WAHI State PR Chairperson.

Our experienced home inspector will do a visual inspection of the components and the critical areas in your home and email you with a comprehensive, easy to read, 40 page report. This report will be emailed within 24 hrs of the completion of the inspection. First time buyers receive a Home Maintenance Manual at the completion of the inspection.

One before the slab is poured, one after the home has been framed but no roof decking attached, one before the sheetrock goes up (this is the electrical/plumbing inspection), and one before you have a walk through with your builder.
