Tom And Ashley Mitchell, the owners of Buyer's Edge, have over fifteen years experience in the real estate market. Tom, our lead inspector and certified professional inspector, has experience in remodeling, construction, investment and real estate sales. Those experiences give him a unique outlook that is designed to give you the Buyer's Edge.

Our standard home inspection is just that. Standard! We don't trick you into paying more for a "premium" home inspection. Every inspection we do is comparable to the other guys "premium" inspection. We abide by the Standards of Practice for every inspection. We would never feel comfortable offering a discounted home inspection package.

We support and honor all members of services which serve and protect. If you or your spouse have served, are currently serving in any branch of the US military, are first responder, including police, firefighters or medical technicians, we believe the least we can do to give back is to offer you a discount.

A: With the rarest of exceptions our reports are always delivered to our clients the same day as the inspection. We understand real estate transactions are more often than not subject to strict deadlines. Do to this, it is our goal to provide you with your report as soon as possible. Giving you the most time possible to study the report, review with your agent and get any questions you may have from us answered.
Payments
Report
We attempt to accept all forms of payments possible. In order to make this process as easy and convenient as possible we do not charge fees for any type of payment. Payment is due upon completion of the inspection. Typically payment is made after the final summary at the inspection to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with our work.
