Steve is a very experienced License Clinical Professional Counselor. He received his master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Slippery Rock University in western Pennsylvania. He believes in developing therapeutic alliances with his clients and getting to the heart of the matter. Much of his experience was with children and adolescents in a school-based program providing individual, family, and group work.

Michelle has over 30 years of management and leadership experience in the healthcare industry including, homecare, hospice, in-patient/out-patient hospital, and private practice. She has expertise in the areas of leadership development, personnel selection and hiring, management communication and supervision & training.
