Spring Forward Physical Therapy offers New York's elite rehabilitation. We believe that every injury and every patient is different, and thus every patient's physical therapy will be individualized based on them, not their diagnosis. We don't provide cookie cutter approaches. At Spring Forward Physical Therapy, you will get unparalleled care ensuring you heal quickly and well.
At Spring Forward Physical Therapy, we work hard to turn the rehabilitation of your injury into an improved level of wellness. This is achieved by providing the patient with insight and understanding into their injury and how it developed in the first place. We determine why the injury happened and work to correct it so that you will lessen your chances of getting hurt again.

Conditions
Report
An accurate diagnosis is an important aspect of getting appropriate physical therapy. Additionally, at Spring Forward Physical Therapy, your doctor will determine the reason that injury developed or happened. Our unique approach will address both the resultant painful injury while also treating the reason behind it.
Ankle Sprain
Report
If you have ankle weakness you may feel tenderness, swelling, bruising, painful range of motion (especially when moving the foot inward), inability to fully bear weight through the ankle. An ankle ligament injury is diagnosed by a physical therapist when a patient presents with the signs and symptoms of an ankle sprain and exhibits positive findings to specialized ankle tests.
Bulging Disc
Report
The spinal discs rest between each vertebra and provide shock absorption, support, and mobility to the spine. A bulging disc, or herniated disc, is a condition where the gel-like material that fills the spinal discs herniates or leaks out. The disc material may then put pressure on (aka "impinge") onto nearby spinal nerves, which can cause pain to be felt in the back or down the leg.
