Softwave Shockwave Therapy uses acoustic waves to accelerate tissue repair and reduce pain for chronic joint, muscle, and tendon conditions. Ideal for sports injuries, tendonitis, and sciatica, this non-invasive treatment stimulates circulation, breaks down scar tissue, and promotes cellular regeneration. Patients often experience relief after one session, with full treatment plans spanning 46 weeks.

Specialized therapy addressing pelvic floor dysfunction, including incontinence, pelvic pain, and postpartum recovery. Orthopedic Therapy
Orthopedic therapy treats injuries and conditions affecting bones, joints, and connective tissues. Through manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities like ultrasound, patients recover from fractures, surgeries, or chronic pain while improving mobility and preventing re-injury. Custom programs address arthritis, sports injuries, and posture-related issues.
Clinical Pilates

I came to Tribeca Physical Therapy because of a knee injury that I was suffering from that occurred while playing football. I was unable to walk for long periods of times and struggled going up and down steps. Since I started attending TPT my mobility, strength and stability has DRASTICALLY improved. I am on an 8 week program and am about half way through and feel amazing. The team is extremely knowledgeable and helps their patients not only improve their conditions but they also educate them on whats going on with their body to prevent future injury. I am super appreciative to be a part of

I've been to my fair share of physical therapists for many years, but I have to be honest and say I LOVE Tribeca Physical Therapy. Not only are the staff themselves professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, but the ambiance of the whole place is comfortable and relaxing. (They sure know how to pick their room scents!). Setting an appointment is easy and quick, and all their paperwork can be done online so that when you arrive, you're set to begin right on time. I've been with Monica for a few weeks now for postpartum care, but I had gone to her for physical therapy on my shoulders and back many

I feel like a superhero!!!! And, I am so happy to be able to say that because just four weeks ago, I felt broken. I could not bend over to tie my shoes. Getting dressed was painful. Sitting was excruciating. It was awful. I woke up one morning (on vacation!) and could not get out of bed, having to slide my feet off the side to the floor and somehow push myself through the pain to stand. Since I was traveling, I tried local massages, which eased the pain temporarily, though each morning I continued to wake up in more pain than the day before, even visiting the local urgent care doctor because the

I started working with the Tribeca Physical Therapy team for a recent injury. While I've gone to physical therapy from time to time over the years, this experience has far exceeded my expectations. The level of expertise and genuine care is amazing. The physical therapists work with clients 1/1 and spend time explaining details about my injury, why they are making particular recommendations, and options for the at-home exercises that will be most effective. Even more, there is a wonderful positive and supportive energy as soon as you walk into the office. I highly recommend Tribeca Physical Therapy
