Mark began his lending career in 1993 as V.P. of one of the largest private money lenders in the Pacific Northwest and co-founded its portfolio of income funds. After growing the company into one of the nation's largest, he relocated with his family to Scottsdale to further expand company operations.

Randy Persson

Randy began his real estate career as a Real Estate Loan Analyst at the United Bank of Denver while attending the University of Denver College of Law night school. Upon graduation from law school, he worked with Price Waterhouse Coopers in Denver and San Diego for two years specializing in real estate partnership accounting and valuation.

Rose Persson

Rose began her financial career with 12 years in the banking industry and served as Branch Operations Manager for Wells Fargo Bank and Assistant Vice President - Operations Manager for Westmark Savings Bank. She transitioned into the title/escrow industry where she spent the following 15 years as an escrow officer managing various escrow/title company offices from California to Arizona.
