Simplify Mortgage was founded by John Moran in Scottsdale, AZ with a straightforward mission statement - Make mortgages easier. Mortgages could be a much easier process, but some companies won't give up their archaic systems and processes, so everyone involved has to suffer through "the old way". While we aren't in control of every aspect of the process, the goal is to simplify the things we can.
I grew up in northern Wisconsin and attended the University of Wisconsin (Go Badgers!). I'm thankful for the Midwestern outlook on life that my Wisconsin upbringing instilled in me. After college I spent two years in New York, NY as a real estate agent in Manhattan. That was certainly an eye-opening experience for a young guy from the Midwest.

However, working with John and his team it made the process a little less. He keeps you updated through the entire process and if you have questions, he responds quickly.
