I was first introduced to massage in 2004 and from the very beginning I knew it would be a life long relationship. Massage therapy became a passion for me, and with that came a better understanding that good health doesn't just happen; it's the result of a balanced life style. Proper sleep, nutrition, water, physical activity and a positive mental attitude are all essential to maintaining this balance.

Give your mind and body a state of total ease ~ gentle kneading, long smooth strokes and easy stretches bring you to a healing place.
