Nu-Way is a social enterprise with a mission of improving the community by securing gainful employment for deserving men and women who face significant employment barriers due to criminal conviction. Every year, more than 650,000 ex-offenders are released from prison, and approximately 75% recidivate within 5 years of release primarily due to lack of gainful employment opportunities - 89% are unemployed during the time of re-arrest.

At Nu-Way, our goal is to develop long-lasting relationships with our clients. We specialize in supplying qualified candidates to light industrial and construction companies in the Atlanta area. We have secured partnerships with Atlanta-area government agencies and corporations to source employment opportunities that are proving to be life changing to men and women deserving of a second-chance.
