Bennett & Barden Funeral Home has been serving Powhatan area families for years. We are honored to be a part of the rich history of this community and plan to be a part of it for many years to come. In 1934 Mr. Larkin Garrett a native of Cumberland County, Virginia opened the funeral home in the village of Powhatan, Virginia.

If your loved one dies in a healthcare facility, they will notify the proper authorities, including the funeral home you have chosen to care for your loved one if they know that information.
