We meet with you at our offices. We look at each piece of Jewelry that you show us and explain what our bid is to you and explain exactly why the price is the price we offer. If you accept our bid, we'll write you a check on the spot. If you want time to think it over, there's no rush, we'll give you the bid in writing.

Each ring is designed by you with our help. Whether you have a vague idea, or an exact design in mind, we help make your ideas a reality. Each ring is hand-made in the United States and takes about three weeks to produce from the moment your ring is designed to when you have it in on her finger. From there, the possibilities are limitless.

We show you examples of our work and discuss the details of the mounting and you pick a specific center diamond. Once you approve the center diamond and style, the order is taken.
