I first met Dr. Hyman Sr., and now the son continues the legacy. Customer service is incredible. I've been back because my frame broke several times and their inhouse technician fixes them on the spot. A pair of white gold Cartier frames needed to be sent out and the repair cost was less than $100. They remember you by name and by face. Treat you like family. I highly recommend over those chain stores where you are just a number, just a customer.

Although Dr. Hyman is an excellent eye doctor. Appointments can be a challenge. Everytime I go I have to wait. I had an appointment today at 11am and when I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment, there was another person there with the same 11am appointment. Of course, she went in with the doctor first. I stayed until 11:10 and I told the front desk staff person that I was leaving. She said "sorry about that".
