I was avoiding this place because of all the bad reviews but I figured I'd give it a try due to its convenient location. The lady doing my nails (who looked like an owner) quickly cut my nails and then did not file them. There were jagged lines and chips and I kindly asked her to please file the nail that had a chip in it. She swiped it once across with a nail filer and then got confrontational saying I should go elsewhere to do my nails. I was completely shocked and confused why she had such a dramatic reaction. If filing nails is asking for too much, I would hate for her to deal with actual

By far the worst experience. I have never dealt with such rudeness. Please please please do not waste your time or money. Blows my mind how they're still in business.
