We are in the skin rejuvenation practice and have had an account with Obagi since 2006. Recently, when our practice was placing a new order, we realized that our account was locked without any prior written or verbal notification from Obagi. When we inquired about this freezing a week ago, customer service assured that they would provide us a call back within the same day, which never happened. After multiple follow ups on our end, we eventually got a call from David Bell, Vice President of Sales. Mr. Bell was incredibly rude and stated that he had personally provided the reasons for discontinuing

I love their products. I just do. You have to try their products if you haven't done so already. Obagi Nu-Derm. It's a refreshing blend of natural ingredients and herbs that hydrate and tone the skin while restoring its normal pH balance. They have products for acne too. Just look them up. I know I'm just a guy, but taking care of my "epidermis" is important.
