Launched in 2001, Ambiance Skin Care & Day Spa has slowly grown with its clientele over the years. It started out as a humble project by Laura Gonzalez. Over the years, Ambiance has evolved from just a 600 square foot salon to a 2,000 square foot day spa. Situated in the heart of the Belmont Heights neighborhood in beautiful Long Beach and near Vero Pilates and Scratch Baked Goods.

Sunlighten sauna detox occurs by heating the body directly increasing core temperature, resulting in a deep, detoxifying sweat at the cellular level, where toxins reside. This is a deep cleansing treatment that purifies, balances and clears your complexion. Blackheads and dead cells are gently removed with the professional peeling process that respects the most delicate of skins. This "clean skin" phase is followed by a long relaxing aromatic massage. Microdermabrasion treatments use a minimally abrasive instrument to gently sand your skin, removing the thicker, uneven outer layer.

Life happens and not everything can be planned, but we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. The full amount will be charged for all appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours advance notice. In order to remain on schedule for all of our clients, we must shorten your session time if you are late for your appointment.
