I moved in a year ago. My experience has been great! I had to leave a message when I called, my call was returned with in 24hours. The women who returned my call notified that my request would need more research and she would need more time to get back to me. She also directed me to the owners portal, that was very useful. This had updates, documents, forms and an area where I was able to make my payment.

Terrible Customer service!!
Citadel Property Management Group takes care of the HOA payments.
At Tanglewood property
Terrible customer service! Citadel lost my HOA check twice. I called 5 times asking when the money would come out of my checking account.
5 months later they put a pre lien notice on my home. with a late fee of
$200 I had to put stop payment on my check 35$
Citadel would not wave the late fee of $200 and also charged me extra $33 for paying on the portal.
Shame on Citadel Property!

I cannot get anyone to return my calls after leaving several messages pleading for a return call. It has been a nightmare. Not returning any calls about my property has led to problems that were avoidable. I have other HOAs and they always return my calls. I tried emailing asking for a return call but that is failing. How does a company run a business like this?

Had a roof leak during hurricane season and problem occurred during off hours so called the emergencey line. I called the emergencey number 10 times and nobody ever picked up. If I were on any condo board I would never hire these people as property managers. They do not follow through, are hard to get a hold of and do not care about the safety of their residents. After the leak was fixed nobody checked for electrical damage, mold or if the work had been done correctly. I sit here now with the same leak. Worst experience ever. They are thieves.

The worst management company to hire - mold in my condo - the management company and insurance company won't return calls or fix the issue - it has been going on 3 months and I've never once had a call returned from leader in management. Having to resort to legal counsel - whatever you do - DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Too secretive about matters that concern Home owners. their trying to raise the maintenance fees to over 50% and more of what owners get for rent. all these years money has gone in to Citadel but very little improvements to show. Now were paying huge maintenance fees or proposed higher fees to recover mistakes and hurry up and make improvements. This Master Management is getting $34,000.00 and upward and this information is too sensitive to disclose at our meetings.

As of Dec. 6, 2016 as advised, I am giving a 10 day response notice for the printout of this years’ G/L 2015 Master Financial Statement for October 2015 (primarily, for Item 5020 Rec./Master Assoc Fee for 2015 and 2016 budget regarding the checks and balances on practice here.
My husband and I attended the budget meeting were not given a professional/legal answer for the allocation of these funds. The BOD President Benjamin quote, "THIS IS A SENSITVE SUBJECT" unquote

Office manager Michelle is horrible. She purposely will not help you if it is inconvenient to her or if she feels like ignoring your request. I think she enjoys dragging her feet when you ask her for help. She will not reactivate my gate FOB to my townhome property after asking her for three days in a row. I don't even know why I pay HOA fees if it goes to them to manage the property where I reside. The upper management is aware of her lack of professionalism but keep her on staff. Don't expect good customer service if you hire this management group.
