Hi! I'm a Seattle based Advanced Rolfer, Craniosacral Therapist and Yoga Teacher. Let me help you re-align and balance your body. My wholistic approach resolves chronic pain and tension, improves mobility, and increases athletic performance. Pain is often a symptom of being out of balance. We fall down.
We get back up. Our bodies adapt to the imbalances we are born with, the injuries we acquire, and the relentless movement patterns of daily life. Some tissues become too tight, tacked down, and immobile while others are overstretched and exhausted. I use a combination of Rolfing, Craniosacral Therapy and movement education to help your body find a new relationship to alignment.

Report
I have been fascinated by the innate intelligence and beautiful complexity of the human body since I started teaching yoga in 2007. Very quickly, I found myself drawn to students dealing with chronic back pain, tendonitis, joint instability, and a variety of other injuries that were ultimately causing them discomfort and limiting their activities.

Named after it's founder, Ida P. Rolf, Rolfing(R) Structural Integration is a form of hands-on bodywork and movement education that reorganizes and balances the body by lengthening and repositioning the connective tissues, called fascia, that permeate the entire body. Rolfers recognize that the body is inherently a system of seamless networks of tissues rather than a collection of separate parts.
