Training with Roy has been so rewarding for my son. He got faster and stronger. I highly recommend this gym if you are looking for people to make you feel at home!
Awesome Gym! Roy is a great guy to work with and the gym environment was the one I was looking for. All the equipment I needed for my lifts. I have been training here for about 6 months and I love it. Roy has very good knowledge of how to train properly, and has helped me get so much more stronger than when I first turned up.
