- The staff are nice and get things done fast.
- Rent is expensive for what you get.
- Apartments are hit or miss.
- Some people who live here are disrespectful in terms of being a good neighbor.
- Paper thin walls and floors. Don’t expect peace and quiet. You can hear your neighbors walking and talking.
- Smoke smells in hallway often.
- Fire alarm goes off a lot.

It has been up and down living here. The community goes through waves of being quiet and noisy. Sometimes there's a rough resident that moves in and the community management does well to assist with any issues. The neighborhood is clean. The apartment layouts are good. I recently signed a lease with Modena. I worked with Avery and Aly, they were the most kind hearted and attentive people. The process went very smoothly. They really care about your time and circumstance. I was hesitant about leaving my community of 2 years, but I am now confident that I will be happy in our complex. Can't wait to join the Modena family.

I have lived here 3 years. It's pretty nice. The staff has been good although constantly changing. The prices could be a little better though. $900 for a small efficiency is a bit much I think. It's convenient to the rail and SOPAC bike trail is close. You can take that to downtown. Look on google bike maps.

I can honestly say it's the best apartment community that I have ever lived in! The wonderful office staff, Aly, River, and everyone else that works in office keep the community running well like a fine tuned machine and the maintenance staff almost seem to anticipate my maintenance needs. They always show up promptly and are extremely efficient! Everyone here is courteous and friendly. Come check them out!

Do not move here!!!! This place felt like living in a updated remodeled college campus. There is parties here all the time, especially during the summer time when people are at the pool. There's was parties at all hours of the night even when the pool was closed during the pandemic. People rent out their units on Airbnb so you never know who your neighbors are. The trash rooms were disgusting and you could never put your trash down the chute. At one point of living here the residents form a community union because there was so many complaints and problems with management. They put a flyer

You will be made to feel comfortable. It will be easy to sign the lease and move in. Then all your concerns will be put aside, with newer tenants and prospective tenants taking the forefront of the staff's mind; and you'll be left to fend for yourself while the environment and staff deteriorates. If you are overbilled, take it up with your bank. If you have legitimate concerns, don't expect anyone with decision making power to care.

I absolutely love Modena apartments. My husband and I have lived here for 2 years now and we absolutely love it. There was a time that we were considering moving out because of some temporary problems concerning the apartment, HOWEVER we stayed because of the super amazing service of Jenn! Jenn has done an outstanding job in keeping this apartment in prestige shape! She truly puts her heart and soul into her Job! I absolutely LOVE living at the Modena. From when we first moved in to now, we've always been happy with the staff as they put their tenants first whether it's throwing community events, responding to any concerns with the building or apartments, or keeping the building clean. It's in a great location that isn't too noisy but you can still have fun, TJ's is right around the corner along with a lot of different restaurants , and public transportation is only 1 minute walk away. I would HIGHLY suggest living here. PS Jenn is the best!

This is by far the worst apartment experience I have ever had. Management had know for months and knowingly allowed 20+ units to be rented out on Airbnb even during a worldwide health crisis. I was unable to get any kind of response from them regarding the issue until 10+ residents complained to the president of the property management company. They have refused any kind of reconciliation after violating our tenants right and have even refused to let people out of their lease when they wanted to move because they felt to unsafe. I've been living at the Modena since 2017 and I'm still happy with my apartment and the overall feel of the community. Our new management team is AMAZING!! Although I haven't had the pleasure of working with everyone quite yet, I have worked with Dakarai (Leasing Professional) and Raymond (Maintenance Supervisor) on numerous occasions.
Anytime I need assistance, they're always willing to help and they're both very pleasant individuals with great customer service skills.

I absolutely love living here! After years of having the large home and yard to maintain. I wanted to spend more time enjoying life! My apartment was immaculate when I moved in and very well maintained.

My boyfriend lived here for a year so I was frequently over at his place however with a lot of inconveniences. Guest parking is basically non-existent so good luck trying to invite friends or family over. If you do have the chance to park inside garage, don't think your car will be safe. Both my car and my boyfriend's were broken into and management didn't really do anything. My boyfriend tried to write on the apartment forum to address the issue to others living there but management blocked his comment. There was another instance where a truck had all its tires stolen in the basement
