Apartment has flooded three times since I moved here two Months ago and they dont do anything. Fire slams has been going off 430 am and randomly at other times. The HVAC costs more than my 2200 sq foot house did, they charge pest control but dont come unless you specifically ask. No one cleans up after their dog and there is feces all over the pet area. They dont respond when you put in requests or even emails. They gripes at kids for being outside at all. I will def be moving and filing a complaint if they dont fix the flooding issue.

HORRIBLE! Horrible! Bad, unsafe, burglary happen here along with kidnapping of children and drug busts and break ins inside of apartments and gun shoot outs!

I have lived here two months, my apartment had flooded from the upstairs three times already, I assume the upstairs neighbors are practicing jumping because it's horrifyingly my loud all times of day. the fire alarm goes off at random times, like 4 am. They charge you for pest control but you have to request it and little bugs all over. It's not kid friendly, they complain if they see children outside at all and the area for dogs outside is always covered in crap as they don't enforce anyone to clean up. The pool is always dirty. The HVAC must be really old because it can't

Lots of young people standing around in the early mornings smoking weed, drinking and tossing trash on the ground. Loud music coming from cars, people just park anywhere. Kinda hood.

Thank you Red river ranch for giving us 2 years of wonderful time. Rent is very affordable compared to all the other nearby apartment complex. Very clean and safe environment. Beautiful, friendly and kind staff, front desk ladies are very friendly and nice. Me and my husband had to move to other place just because of his work otherwise I wouldnt mind staying here for another couple of years. The location has easy access to highway.
