Would only consider using them again if the owner could oversee the service. The employee we had just doesnt have the professionalism or compassion that is absolutely essential for this line of work. The list of issues we had dealing w the other gentleman is extensive. The final straw is that our family has been trying to get the status of the death certificates we paid for at the time of the service a month ago. Not even so much as a return call or email.

Im not sure if the others just had a bad experience, but I couldnt have had a better experience than I have with Helsley Johnson Funeral home. A number of years ago they provided services for my grandmother (who had prearranged and paid for everything down to her obituary). However, just recently my father passed away in Morgantown. I literally picked up the phone and within hours they were on the road to bring him home to us. They never asked for a dollar or contract before picking him up, he said dont worry about a thing I will take it from here. He guided me through the entire process
