This gym has done a big turnaround recently. Brought in some new management, now the place is nice and clean and everything works as it should. I was told they are going to start up a "slimmin for women" style workout group soon, so that should be awesome. I went to this gym years ago and was unimpressed. Nice to see things change for the better.

Ive only been a member for about 2 months but I absolutely love family fitness Sparta. The equipment can be a little bit rough and worn, but the staff is so awesome its beyond worth it. I personally work with Christina, but all of the trainers are so great and helpful. Alex is great also. Id day pretty affordable too. Overall great people and really great place to workout.

Love this place. Staff are encouraging , helpful and supportive. Such a comfortable environment, woman's area is the best. They offer a lot of options and classes for everyone. Tanning beds are are always clean and kept up. I signed up a couple months ago and I go everyday. I would recommend this place to everyone, you will love too.

Best gym I have ever gone to open 24/7 friendly staff make you feel welcome to be there and have never felt out of place even when first starting.
Trying to get a jump on a summer tan or get in shape this is a great place don't have a babysitter they got that covered too with a safe kidszone

I LOVE this gym with all my heart. I've been a member and employed here for over 6 months now and I have never been so happy. I love getting to know the members and seeing their progress. It's a small-town gym with a positive and laid back atmosphere. The staff here are more than willing to help with any questions you may have. I feel at home and encourage you to join our fun little gym! "THIS. IS. SPARTA!" :)

Excited to work out again! After a year hiatus My motivation is back! I have to give some credit to the great staff here at Sparta Family Fitness. Jeff the manager truly helps bring the motivation out of its members. He along with other staff members(John and Eric)are very knowledgeable on the equipment and helpful when it comes to planning a workout routine. I couldn't be happier with the way this gym is running these days. I look forward to going again.
