In most cases, one of our veterinary technicians will start by asking about your pet's medical history, current condition and the reason for your visit, gathering data for the doctor.

A veterinary technician will continually assess your pet's heart and respiratory rate. For some procedures, your pet will need to be administered general anesthesia so that he or she will be unconscious and not feel pain.
