First class operation and they care about the pets. The front desk staff are nice and attentive. Damien is great technician - my doggie loves him and Dr. Lewis is amazing. She removed cancer growths and the recovery was perfect.

The young man who helped with my brothers dog today was exceptional. He was so loving and kind with her. He clearly has a natural way with animals. I apologize that I dont know his name. Gigi was his patient and I want to tell him how awesome he is.

The front desk (Mrs. jones I think) went above and beyond to calm me down after an extremely traumatic experience. I just moved to Galveston so I know no one and was alone when I arrived. She consoled me, offered tissues, snacks, beverages. The vet and technicians handled my pup wonderfully and it was so reassuring that my pup trusted them after what we had just went through. Im sure like most pet owners, my pup is my baby, and I feel so comfortable knowing they are so attentive to their
