I've been buying cars for many years, both from small dealerships as well as larger dealerships. I've had many different experiences, some not so nice. The experience that I had at Auto Trust USA and dealing with Pablo, was one of if not the best and smoothest experiences I've had in buying a car. Where do I begin? I was searching for a particular vehicle online and came across Auto Trust. I live in Ohio and was worried about buying a car online and having it shipped. I filled out the online inquiry and received a call from Gary P. (Sales Manager) asking if he could answer any questions that I might have. Juan was very kind and showed us great looking BMWs on the lot. No pressure buying a we left the lot. We placed a deposit online for the BMW X5 we wanted and finished up the paperwork online and spent a total of 15 minutes making the final payment. We closed the deal the same day.
