Rachel and Doug are the best real estate agents in the area. They sell quickly and at a high price! They did a lot of effort to make our house look bright and lovely before listing it. We received a fantastic offer a few days after the stunning grand opening. Despite the fact that the buyer had given up, Rachel and Doug instantly found a cash buyer for us, and the sale was closed in one week, for $40K more than the previous offer! I'd recommend the team to anyone selling a house in the area!

I am a current buyer in the market and knew Rachel Swardstrom as a seller's agent for a house I am interested in. I am putting my review here as a feedback.
I met Rachel, for a house showing in Irvine and found her unprofessional and rude. She has a bad attitude and bad communication. After several texts and unanswered phone calls, I showed up for the house showing and she found out she has a meeting at the same time so she decided to cancel the showing. The Swardstrom are solid professional RE agents and good to work with. Doug and Rachel recently sold our high-end home in Irvine at a record price for the community and less than 2 months from listing to close. They provided a lot of assistance and had good contacts to help prep our home for listing. The marketing was superb, from professional photography and videos to advertising and holding Open House.
