Allison Fall MD
Report
Dr. Fall is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Vanderbilt University in 1990 having majored in biomedical engineering and mathematics. She attended medical school at the University of Florida and did her residency at the University of Colorado.
John Aschberger MD

Dr. John Aschberger graduated from the Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine through the combined six year BS/MD program. He is board certified in PM&R following his residency at the U.C. Davis Medical Center. He has practiced in the Denver area since 1988, specializing in musculoskeletal medicine and electrodiagnostic.
Shimon Blau MD
Report
Shimon Y. Blau, MD graduated from the University of Maryland Medical School, and performed his internship in General Surgery at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC. He then performed research at the National Institute of Health before completing residency at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, NY.
