After the major addition of a new rehabilitation unit in 2009, and physical upgrades throughout the community, Sandalwood prides itself on extending exceptional hospitality to our short-term rehabilitation guests, long-term care residents and their families. From the moment you enter the doors of our community, you will realize that this is not a care community of the past.

We are pleased that we chose Sandalwood for our mom. The fact that a number of her friends from the past have also chosen Sandalwood has enriched Mom's life and further proved that Sandalwood sets the standard for specialized nursing care in the area. The Rehabilitation Center at Sandalwood is putting more emphasis on the mind, body and soul of healing by offering our guests the options of gardening, aromatherapy and Tai Chi in our outdoor therapeutic garden.Our special Healing Gardens area is purposely designed with uneven surfaces to allow guests to practice walking in real-life circumstances.
