Lo's Yoga Naples
Yoga is more than flexability or strength, it is an awareness of being. Welcome in that deep knowing of connection. The five movements or functions of" being"or prana are know as the vayus or winds. These winds govern the physical and subtle body that allows us to pause, move forward, expand and retract.

This class asks you to move but then proposes questions of where you your energy shifts. This is a perfect full-body 26-minute routine. The recording on this class isn't the best, my power went out so I had to use the good old phone. You will need 1 weight to work on shoulders, arms, back, and legs.
