Just arrived in Milan and had a great experience at Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Milano, the instructor Francesco and all the students were very welcoming, the class was well-structured and the moves of the day were very clearly explained and thoroughly practiced, will definitely be coming back!

Both the Gracie Combatives and Women Empowered lessons at Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Milano are enjoyable and teach very useful skills. As a total BJJ beginner, I feel that I have learned a lot in a very short period of time. The instructor, Francesco, is clear and precise when teaching and is able to create a very friendly and welcoming learning environment. Thanks to his lessons, I now feel stronger and more confident. My experience here has been nothing but positive. I am looking forward for more classes at Gracie BJJ Milano.

I came for a practice while in town, and was received very warmly. The practices where very well explained, and basically it's a lot of useful fun. Don't hesitate to contact them and come to practice!
