Thier receptionist are the worst. Especially of how they treat Hispanics. They need some serious re training in how to treat thier patients and people over all. Horrid!!

If you like having your teeth never ever use their dental services because they will just pull your teeth out, not try to save them. I went in for a broken tooth they pulled teeth that couldve been saved, didnt fix the broken tooth and they dont give you anything to replace the teeth that they took. They have ruined my smile.

The customer service at this facility is absolutely horrible. Every time we were told something would be done, you always have to call back because the task wasnt completed. I mean this is only a persons health. A complete physical was done in May and it is now August and still no word on the status of the blood work. Was just informed after making another call two days ago that there is an app where all of your information would be located. During the visit in March an appt was to be scheduled with a specialist. Calls have been made again and again to find out when this appt is. It is now

My experience with each visit is always positive. The staff is courteous, pleasant, respectful, good listeners, professional, and knowledgeable. The team has good bed side manners and that's very important.
