Dormann's was more than helpful in getting our heater fixed in very short notice. He came out the day after I called to fix what was thought to be a simple fix but ended up being much more of an issue than initially thought. With it being impossible to fix the issue in the time he cut out, he came back not once but twice to make sure we had a running heater with no issues. I highly recommend Dormann's Heating & Cooling if you are having any HVAC / Furnace / AC issues. They will get the job done right and make sure you having a property running unit.

Would recommend everyone to use! Super helpful and respectful. Was told by another company my heater was too old to fix and they didn’t want to send someone out. It turned out to be a bad thermostat! Will definitely use them for future services!

I contacted Dormanns after another company told me they couldnt come out to fix my AC until 2 days later. The woman on the phone was very polite, knowledgeable and even made a few jokes which helped to ease my frustration. The technician came out in less than 30min and diagnosed the issue but had to get the part. The next morning he was at my home making the repair which took all of 10min! I am very pleased and happy with the service and will definitely be using them again in the future! Highly recommend!
