Cardwell replaced our HVAC components, furnace, and hot water heater in one day's time. The installers were knowledgeable, respectful, and worked until the job was done. The noise coming from our return vent didn't improve by the end of the install, so they came out the next day too to remedy the noise issue which was successful. Would've been a perfect install if it was all done in one swoop without having to call attention to the noisy return that we wanted remedied in the first place. All in all, we are very satisfied with our new 2-stage system.

Cardwell came out the same day when we had no heat to troubleshoot the issue. Technician was extremely knowledgeable and walked through complete process to diagnose the issue. He was able to identify the issue in a short amount of time and fix the issue. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Kyle and Jeremy were on time and very professional. They clearly worked with hustle while not cutting corners. During the final walk through I brought up that something else was on the proposal that hadnt been addressed. Once they were aware and confirmed this they didnt bat an eye at trying to resolve the issue. I also asked for a condensate line to be replaced and again, no issue or attitude - just top notch customer service. As long as the install holds up, Ive found my go-to HVAC company for years to come.
