Hi everyone, my name is Courtney! I am the Front Office Coordinator. My favorite part about working at Smile Art is seeing all the beautiful smiles we create. While I am not working I love spending time with my furry cat and dog friends, I love the beach, and any new adventure life can bring. My favorite food is Chipotle Mexican Grill and Spaghetti.

I am an orthodontic assistant at Smile Art and I love being part of the process of creating gorgeous smiles! I have been in the Dental assisting field for over five years, and am proud to have achieved my "Specialized Orthodontic assistant" certification from the AAO, as well as Radiology certification from the Dental Assisting Board.

Using our Patient Portal is easy, and it is free! Once set up, you will have 24-7 access to your appointment, financial and contact information, in a safe, secure environment that meets HIPAA requirements. If you are having trouble setting up you Patient Portal account, please contact our office for assistance.

Your First Visit

We value your confidence in choosing us, and work at making your initial visit comfortable, productive and enjoyable. Usually, a Panoramic X-Ray and photos are taken at this visit, followed by a clinical evaluation by Dr. Monica. Each patient is unique and during this visit, Dr. Monica will determine the individual needs of your/your child's case.

Financial/Insurance

Orthodontic treatment fees are based on each individual situation, keeping in mind case complexity and anticipated treatment. We offer in office financing plans that will allow you to pay over a period of time with no interest. These are usually structured as a down payment followed by equal monthly payments for the remainder amount.
