Employment Verifications

For all questions, please contact Wage Verify's Customer Service at 866-927-5993 or email them at support@wageverify.com. If you have a RUSH request you can drop off the written request in our office with a $35 cash payment. We will submit the verification directly to the requesting party within 4 hours.
Time Sheets

Please download the appropriate timesheet. These time sheets calculate electronically and are meant to be used in Microsoft Excel. All time sheets are due in our office by Tuesdays at 3 p.m. Please submit your timesheet to payroll@a1personnelinc.com or by fax to 713-773-4325. If you fax your timesheet please call to verify receipt later that day.
