Melanie has been in the business for over 25 years. She is amazing at all phases of hair styling and coloring but her focus is genuine customer service. Chris has been in retail for over 20 years, most recently as the director of operations at a local jewelry store. Chris has a strong background in inventory management and control as well as a good understanding of finance.

Melanie has worked in the hair industry most of her life, beginning at the age of 12 she worked with her mother in a salon on Long Island, washing and sweeping hair. After moving to Upstate New York, Melanie attended Yandon-Dillion BOCES through her high school. She started her professional career at age 18, in a salon in the Wilton Mall where she mastered clipper cutting.
