My name is Katie Burns and I've been an independent stylist since 2006. I have always had a love for transformations and bringing to life clients visions of who they could be. There is a magic and confidence that comes from changing your look! My love of hair began at a young age when I learned to braid my own hair.
From there I did my friends hair for all the high school dances and "fixed" other girls hair through those nights when it was falling down. I strive to always have a growth mindset in life, and my work behind the chair is no different. I'm always taking classes across the board to take my skills to the next level both in hair + business.

Katie is a licensed cosmetologist and makeup artist, working behind the chair since 2006. Originally trained in upstate NY, she has pursued many continuing education opportunities over the years. Some of these include courses and certifications at the REDKEN Exchange, DevaCurl Academy, and Temptu Pro Airbrush Makeup.
