I am the owner and stylist of Capelli Salon. I was fortunate to know what I wanted to do at an early age. So after graduating from high school I enrolled in cosmetology school and was a licensed hairdresser at the age of 19.
When I am not relaxing at home, you might find me at some of our fabulous wineries we have in the area enjoying a night out with friends, or soaking up the sun out on the boat or maybe hiking Badger Mountain with my girlfriends.I pride myself on the ability to give my guests the look they desire. There is no greater satisfaction than to help someone feel great about themselves.

I am thrilled to follow Sam to Capelli! Sam has been my hairdresser for many years, and whether it is a cut or color, long or short, blonde or brown… She ALWAYS makes my hair look amazing!! Not only is she a talented hairdresser, she is friendly and kind, and definitely makes it fun to come to the salon! Capelli is lucky to have her on their team!

Samantha Shinker Cox has been my stylist for many years. Her knowledge of hair is incredible. She can look at you and decide what colors you should have in your hair, my hair was never boring! Her cuts are incredible and don't lose the style. When 2020 rolled around, I probably didn't see her for four months, and my style remained! the only thing that didn't was color, so I took the opportunity to go natural. I know if I decide to color again, Sam will know what is best.

Shari has been doing my hair for years. I have suffered from some fairly significant hair loss. She is skilled at cutting and coloring my hair to make what I have left look really nice. She is patient, kind and understanding when doing my hair. I really do appreciate the special care she takes when doing my hair.

Shari Bailey at Capelli Salon is absolutely amazing! She always accommodates my schedule and does a fantastic job. She listens to what I want done and makes suggestions that ALWAYS work. It is always a relaxing experience and she works quickly. She is very easy to talk to which is nice, there is not an uncomfortable silence. I have been to a lot of salons in the Tri-Cities and have finally found my favorite. I highly recommend Shari.

Ask for Robin! She moved here from a different salon and was my hairstylist there.. and I will follow her wherever she goes! She took me out of my comfort zone of being a brunette and made me an awesome blonde. I can't wait to see her again when I am thinking of doing something crazy or for regular touch ups and I will recommend her to anyone!!! Even my dad and fiancée will be getting their haircuts with her.
