I scheduled a last minute balayage w/Lacy on a Friday. I went in and explained to her that 6 months prior I had box dyed my hair and that it's grown out a lot and faded out to a light brown. The picture below shows what my hair looked like going into it. She did an "analysis" on my hair and chose the color that she was going to do my roots and then did bleach on the bottom w/no foils. She then washed it out and it looked like the second picture I attached. Basically the only difference is that my tips were lighter. I told Lacy that I was not happy because it didn't look like what I had asked for

I'm visiting from Arizona for my wedding, I got my hair done before coming to Washington. One of my hair extensions came lose before my wedding & I needed someone to replace it. I called so many salons before finally finding Lacy. Lacy was so friendly & actually came in on her day off to fix it for me! I can't express how thankful I am that she took the time out of her day off to help me. If I lived here I would use her for all my hair needs just based on this one experience. My hair had been box dyed for years with burgundy coloring. So I had some highlights that had turned orange then the gray with the tinny looking box dye it was horrible! Lacey got my hair to a deep shiny rich dark brown that I get compliments on all the time! My has the look of being professionally done and the color holds up against the test of time! It is worth every single penny and still is!

Lacy always does a great job, she really knows color and color correction. She offers suggestions for the perfect cut for your face shape and life style.
