Our convenient online scheduler makes it simple for you to find exactly what you need, and nothing you don't. You will find the scheduler below. Simply input all the info needed and select the earliest date available that works with your schedule. We promise to take care of the rest and will confirm the same-day with automated emails and text messages to all parties.
All of our clients are provided with a unique static link to access your report. This link never expires or changes, and all reports are backed up on redundant servers in case you ever lose it. If you ever delete or misplace your link, don't worry, we've got you covered! Our reports feature a Repair Request Document generator for our agent partners.
It's valid for home inspections performed for home buyers or sellers by participating InterNACHI members. The Guarantee excludes homes with material defects not present at the time of the inspection, or not required to be inspected, per InterNACHI's Residential Standards of Practice. A wonderful experience. We had them come test our home for radon. We had a relative with a home with high radon, so it was a concern. With a simple two day test we were relieved to find out we were in the normal range for Utah.

James was super responsive, helpful and fast from the start to the end. We are first time home-buyers and he explained everything with details but not in an overwhelming way. Utah Elevated Home Inspections did a fantastic job on my radon home test - they were professional, timely, and communicative. The report they gave was comprehensive. I needed to use them as a professional second-opinion after I did a self-administered home test... I have 11 avg. radon scores, which is poopy but I'm glad to know that before I invest in $1,300+ mitigation.

James was extremely thorough and professional. I called early morning and and left a message. He got back to me within the hour and was in to inspect the very next day. Which was great for us because we were on a tight closing timeline. He always responds quickly to text, email, and phone.

These guys are simply fantastic. They were extremely thorough with their explanations of existing issues and potential points of future concerns with my new home purchase.
