Our mission at Final Round Health & Fitness in Little Falls, NJ is to provide a high-quality professional fitness experience for our members, which will ensure that their goals are not only met, but also exceeded. During these times, we have taken many extra precautions to provide our members with the safest and cleanest place to work out. Equipment is never shared between members and everything is disinfected after each class. Our members health and safety is currently our number one goal during every workout.

In 2011 Final Round Health & Fitness officially became a business. Starting out of a 200 square foot room in the basement of Gary and Alex's home. Training clients in the small studio, local parks or even making house calls Gary was determined to make his mark in the fitness industry.

In 2013 determined to grow and pursue his passion, Gary quit his long held full-time job in corporate America to become a full-time personal trainer at Platinum Fitness in Verona, NJ to gain more experience and learn to work with a larger variety of people from all different walks of life.

Our private small group training is designed to give you all the benefits and results of personal training, with the energy of a group session. If you have friends or family members that you would like to train with, we can put you in a private group and train you all together.

With over 20 years of combined personal training experience, our instructors Gary & Peterson have designed a program based on what's been proven to get the best results for their clients.This is a weight training program that incorporates a mix of functional training, bodybuilding, conditioning, and boxing to help burn fat and build lean muscle & core strength.

You must sign-in to classes 2 hours in advance. 2. You must cancel a class 1 hour before start time or you will be charged a no show fee of $5. 3. All personal training must be booked in advance. 4. A 24-hour cancellation is required for personal training sessions. Failure to cancel will result in loss of the session.
