The inspector was very good at his job, the owner was extremely unprofessional and rude.I tried to speak to him about an issue we had that I felt was very important and he laughed at it and did not take the issue serious enough for me when I'm spending my money with you and that is unacceptable and very bad business.

We used corner stone for our home inspection. They found no issues in the basement other than one large crack in the foundation. The first storm we had water in the basement. We had 3 waterproofing companies out and all three were shocked that, not only did the inspector not find any signs of water, but also because he missed multiple cracks and holes in the foundation that were visible to the naked eye. All of the companies were able to walk in and within minutes identify multiple cracks and holes, and were just befuddled that an inspector could miss them. One even asked if we had an inspector

Highly recommend!! We are purchasing a 2-unit multi family and had a great experience using cornerstone inspectors! We had Jack as an inspector and he was very professional, kind, and incredibly throughout. We are experienced multi family investors, and Jack used many tools including multi moisture measuring tools thought the process. He was more detailed than any inspector we have ever used before. Steve Dale is Awesome! I reached out to him regarding a buyers home inspection. He replied quickly and scheduled the inspection with ease. He arrived a little earlier than scheduled to set up and prepare. His inspection report was detailed and thorough. He was great with communication, providing updates along the way. He also recommended vendors that could assist with some of the citations on the report. I definitely recommend him for any and all inspection needs!

I would give this company a 6 if I could, absolutely worth it. We used Cornerstone for 2 homes we placed offers on, with one being rescinded due to the results of one of the inspections. Both inspections were 3 hours long, extremely thorough, and the inspector walked us through everything he felt was something we should be aware of/address and how to address it.
