Our History

Tiger Home Inspection was initially founded in 1990 by Joseph E. Rizzo and Carl Pucci. Mr. Rizzo retired in 2003 and Mr. Pucci retired in 2008. Mr. Rizzo's sons, Sean and Jay, continue the family tradition as the owners of the company. Tiger Home Inspection has since grown to be the largest independent home inspection company in New England.

Sean B. Rizzo, Principal, Director of Marketing, is the second generation in the family business. He previously served as Vice President of Business Development, and originally as a licensed lead paint inspector. Prior to joining the family business in 1990, he obtained a degree in economics from the University of Connecticut.
